What's my order status?
If you have a bege.ca account, you can login and view your order status. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days for the US and 15 business days for international orders after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bege.ca with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Changing your order:
We may be able to modify your order if it has not shipped yet. Please email support@bege.ca right away to request any changes and we'll do our best to help.
Cancelling your order:
If your order has already shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it for you and you will need to request a refund once you've received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs from the original purchase will not be apart of the refund. For more information, please visit our refund policy.
Will I be charged customs on my package?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BEGE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We are currently working towards finding a solution where import fees can be paid upon checkout so we hope to have that available soon.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the order is returned back to BEGE, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. A shipping range will be shown to you at checkout once you select a shipping method. Most of our orders are processed within 2 business days. However, it can take up to 5 business days to process an order after receiving your order confirmation email.
